Biomedical Informatics Retreat
Within financial constraints, the Biomedical Informatics program offers an annual retreat for faculty and students. All students in the Biomedical Informatics Program are required to attend the retreat. Special exemptions may be granted if exams or other significant commitments interfere and cannot be resolved by any other means. Honors Cooperative Program students who reside a significant distance from the retreat site are not required but encouraged to attend since the retreat is their primary means of interaction with the program. Students matriculated in other degree programs but who work in biomedical informatics should discuss the possibility of attendance with their research advisor.
Save the date for our upcoming BMI/MIS 30th Anniversary Retreat at the Asilomar Conference Grounds on September 21-23, 2012 from 3 pm Friday – 1 pm Sunday. Details forthcoming in the Spring
Please expect to arrive the afternoon of Sept. 21, 2012 at 4:00 PM. Checkout is 11:00 AM on Sunday, Sept. 23.
