Registration Procedure
The registration fee is $100 per attendee. Continental breakfasts and beverages will be provided during both days of the meeting. Lunches and a picnic dinner on campus on Tuesday evening are provided as part of the registration fee.
Additional details, including a tentative agenda and a meeting registration form, will be available in the near future.
Registration begins Feb. 23, 2007 and ends June 8, 2007
We will accept conference registrations until June 8, 2007. Please note, the hotel is holding a block of rooms for this conference but the deadline for the hotel reservations is May 25, 2007.
Payment may be made by credit card or check. Please make the check payable to "Stanford University". We accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard. The links below lead to our secure registration pages.

Group Registration with administrative contact
Use the group registration link if you have a contact person who is managing registrations on behalf of large group of conference attendees but who does not plan to attend the conference. You will need to contact Darlene Vian to obtain the password to enter the group registration site.
