Biomedical Informatics Research
Stanford has significant research capacity in biomedical informatics. The research directory lists faculty involved in biomedical informatics individually. In addition, there are several National Centers where faculty come together to work collaboratively. These include the
Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research (BMIR),
Simbios: the NIH Center for Biomedical Computation at Stanford,
and
the Stanford Center for Clinical informatics.
In addition, there are large groups such as the Radiological Sciences Laboratory, and the Helix group and others too numerous to list here. Please follow the BMI faculty links.
